The Zimbabwe Programme is a national programme through which we fund local organisations that support the hopes and aspirations of Zimbabweans, particularly those furthest from opportunity. We align our grant-making to government and international development goals.
Please note that we are currently not accepting requests for funding for the Zimbabwe Programme.
What we fund
We support efforts that: implement school feeding programmes for children who would otherwise go hungry; integrate mental health services in other areas of programming to help people cope with past trauma and ongoing hardship; and support people to have access to the services and health care facilities needed to live healthy lives.
We support women, youth, and other people furthest from opportunity to build skills and experiences to improve their economic conditions (e.g., developing agriculture and technology skills).
We support efforts that: provide cancer care for children and their families; support those living with disabilities (e.g., those who are deaf or in need of palliative care, prioritising support to organisations that help people with disabilities stay with their families); and help people living with HIV/AIDS and those caring for others with HIV/AIDs through health and education services.
