Emergency grant-making for Ukraine

President's Office

10 March 2022

Our thoughts are with the people of Ukraine. Oak Trustees have allocated USD 10.75 million to organisations providing humanitarian assistance in Ukraine. Our primary focus is on groups operating in Ukraine, though we are also supporting partners assisting refugees in neighbouring areas. Oak has made grants to grassroots organisations and large international relief agencies in an effort to reach people and communities most in need.

We are deeply humbled by the courage and resilience of the Ukrainian people in the face of the horror of this war, and reiterate our support for inclusive, pluralistic societies.

Oak Foundation commits its resources to address issues of global, social, and environmental concern, particularly those that have a major impact on the lives of the disadvantaged. Through our grant-making, we support others to make the world a safer, fairer, and more sustainable place to live. You can find out more about our grant-making on our website.
