Stacy Parker-Fisher joined Oak Foundation in 2009 as a Programme Officer for the Learning Differences Programme. She was promoted to Director of the Learning Differences Programme in 2014.

 

Prior to joining Oak Foundation, Stacy was a teacher for students with learning differences for 13 years, a paediatric faculty member at the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, consultant to Chicago and St. Louis public schools, and an international educational consultant. Stacy was Vice-President at All Kinds of Minds, leading work with the Schools Attuned to Neurodevelopmental Variation Programme.

 

She has been married to Charlie for 39 years, and they have three sons - Zach, Isaac and Seth and a grand-daughter - Maia.
