Paul Nichols joined Oak Foundation in 2011 as a Special Project Officer. In this position, he was responsible for planning and managing organisational learning events and other projects for the President. In 2013 Paul joined the Environment Programme as a Programme Associate. He coordinates the Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning processes for the programme and works across the climate change portfolio assisting with the management of grants in Europe, North American, Brazil and China.
Prior to joining Oak Foundation, Paul amassed over 12 years experience working in various international leadership roles in the education sector. Paul has a Bachelor of Arts with a major in psychology and Master of Arts in Learning Management from the University of New England, Australia.
