NINA SPATARU

Programme Officer
International Human Rights

 

 

Nina Spataru is a Programme Officer for the International Human Rights Programme. She joined Oak Foundation in 2016 as a Programme Associate. She manages grant portfolios related to LGBTI rights, impunity for gross human rights abuses (universal jurisdiction), and immigration detention.

 

Prior to joining Oak, Nina worked in refugee protection and strategic litigation across Central and Eastern Europe.

 

Nina received her LLM in International Development Law and Human Rights from the University of Warwick. She also holds a Bachelor in Law and a Master in International Law in International and Institutional Law from the Free International University of Moldova.
