IT Support Specialist

Nicolas Gardi joined Oak Foundation in 2009 and holds the position of IT Support Specialist.
His principal role is to provide IT support to all Oak offices, which includes distributing software, managing user accounts and maintaining servers. He is also in charge of providing IT trainings and developing IT system training material for staff.
Prior to joining Oak Foundation, Nicolas completed the Swiss military service and obtained his English certificate (First Certificate Exam Certified) after studying abroad. He then worked for three years in a multinational company as a technician analyst.
Nicolas is an ICT specialist with a federal diploma of professional education and training (Informaticien en techniques des systèmes et réseaux TIC avec brevet fédéral) from the IDEC School. He also holds a federal certificate of competency in computer science (CFC) from the Centre de formation professionnelle technique.
