Eileen O'Sullivan joined Oak Foundation in 2013 as a Programme Officer for the Housing and Homelessness Programme. Eileen oversees projects in London, West Midlands, Northern Ireland and Philadelphia.
Prior to joining Oak Foundation, Eileen worked as an Independent Consultant with local authorities, the National Health Service (NHS), Probation Trusts, the Ministry of Justice and the Audit Commission. Eileen's work has involved service reviews and evaluations, project management and providing strategic planning support to NGOs. A major part of her consultancy work was the inspection of probation and prison services for the Ministry of Justice. Eileen has many years of experience in the public and the non-profit sectors, including supported housing, criminal justice, mental health and substance misuse services.
Eileen holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Manchester Metropolitan University and an Master of Art in Criminology from Keele University, United Kingdom.
