Paul joined the Housing and Homelessness Programme as a Programme Officer in 2016. Before joining Oak, he held a number of managerial positions with local UK authorities to commission and monitor homelessness services. Within these roles, he led a ‘pilot’ authority for a national supported housing programme, which fed directly into developing policies at a central government level. He also was a member of a National Advisory Council for a homelessness campaigning group. Earlier in his career, he worked with hostels, directly supporting young people and those in the wider community who were at risk of homelessness.
He holds an MSc in Housing from Brookes University and a BSc in Housing and Development from the University of the West of England.
Paul enjoys running and triathlons and is the proud father of twin girls.
