Eileen O'Sullivan joined Oak Foundation in January 2013 as a Programme Officer in the Housing and Homelessness Programme. Eileen has many years experience in the public and the non-profit sectors, including supported housing, criminal justice, mental health and substance misuse services.
Prior to joining Oak, Eileen worked as an Independent Consultant with local authorities, the National Health Service (NHS), Probation Trusts, the Ministry of Justice and the Audit Commission. Eileen's work has involved service reviews and evaluations, project management and providing strategic planning support to organisations. A major part of her consultancy work was the inspection of probation and prison services for the Ministry of Justice. Eileen holds a BSc in Psychology and an MA in Criminology.
