Amanda Beswick joined Oak Foundation as a Programme Officer in 2002. Amanda currently holds the position of Director of the Housing and Homelessness Programme. Amanda’s work experience has focused on NGOs in the UK, predominately working with people with mental health problems and people in housing need. She has worked in a range of settings providing direct support to individuals, but latterly has been concerned with initiating service developments and policy implementation. Amanda has experienced the world of philanthropy both as a fund-raiser and a grant-maker. Amanda has a BA in Psychology and an MSc in Policy Studies.
